Apricot oil or apricot kernel oil is extracted from pressing of kernels of the Prunus armeniaca. These kernels carry an average oil content of 40-50%. The nature of apricot oil is similar to almond oil and peach oil, both of which are similarly extracted from kernels of their respective fruit. Rich in essential fatty acids, it contains strong restorative properties, greatly nourishing your hair and skin.
 
It can be used as a daily moisturiser for the skin, helping disappear fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. For hair, it can be used to soften the hair shaft as a conditioning agent while drawing in moisture. Its accommodating nature means that it can also be used with other oils to increase potency of providing shinier hair and healthier hair.
